Shipping

We are very experienced in shippers, our chis fly out of state regularly as well as internationally. We ship only through Continental Airlines as they are the best in the industry. Shipping usually runs about $250-$300 per dog for just about anywhere in the US, shipping can be more depending on the size of the animal and destination. We do not ship any puppy until at least 12 weeks of age and in most cases I prefer to wait until 16wks because the fragility of the breed.

International shipping is much more and depends heavily on your countries import regulations and quarantine laws.  

If you require shipping for your baby be rest assured that we are very well versed in the ins and outs of this process and will take great care in getting your new baby safely into your arms.

Deposits 

All deposits must be received within 3 days of commitment to purchase, puppy will be marked "Pending" for that time period, if deposit is not received with in the 3 day window then the puppy will be placed back as available. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you change your mind, however we do allow you to transfer your deposit to another puppy should you feel you are more fond of another puppy, you may do this only ONCE.

We reserve the right to refuse, return or cancel deposits for any reason, especially if we feel it is in the best interest of the puppy. 

Deposits are accepted as cash, money order, cashiers check or credit card via Paypal service with a 3.5% processing fee. We will never accept personal checks.
